Do we need to change our email addresses?

No. If you are already using a Microsoft Windows server you will be able to build in the additional server functions that are needed for installing WorkRooms. This will allow you to keep the same domain name. If you already use Microsoft SQL Server you will be able to add the WorkRooms SQL database to it. If you already have Microsoft Exchange Server you will be able to add the WorkRooms folders and stores to it.

What is the difference between WorkRooms and an extranet?

Extranets are private spaces shared by an agreed number of people within and outside a company with password access. Documents and data can be stored and shared on extranets but they have to be uploaded and downloaded to allow for reviewing and editing.
